When you make a purchase, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number; we only retain transaction records (order ID, amount, timestamp).
Our server logs automatically record your IP address, browser type, access time, and page path for security monitoring and service improvement.
When you download a PDF tutorial, the system logs the download (user ID, tutorial ID, timestamp) for copyright protection and watermark generation.

Service delivery: processing registration, login, purchases, and content access.
Account security: verifying your identity and preventing unauthorized access.
Transactional emails: email verification, order confirmation, and password reset.
Service improvement: analyzing usage data to optimize content and user experience.

Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing — we cannot retrieve your plaintext password.

Stripe (payment processing): payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and governed by their privacy policy.
We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party tracking tools.
