1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DTS Master. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; changes take effect upon publication.

DTS Master is a professional tutorial platform focused on Mercedes-Benz engineering software (XENTRY, DAS, Vediamo, etc.).
We provide PDF tutorials, video courses, and bundle packages for automotive technicians and engineers.
Content is for educational and technical reference only and does not constitute professional repair advice.

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@dtsmaster.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
One account per person; creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits is prohibited.

All digital content is non-refundable once purchased, as digital goods cannot be "returned" after download or access.
If a technical fault prevents access, contact us within 7 days for a remedy or refund.
VIP memberships are billed annually and are non-refundable, but all VIP benefits remain active for the full term.
Prices are listed in CNY; exchange-rate differences may apply.

All content on this platform (PDFs, videos, images, text) is protected by copyright and owned by DTS Master.
Purchase grants a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence for individual learning only.
Prohibited: copying, distributing, selling, renting, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works.
Prohibited: uploading purchased content to any platform, forum, or cloud storage, or sharing it in any form.
Every PDF download contains a user-specific watermark for tracking unauthorized distribution. Legal action will be taken if detected.
Mercedes-Benz and related trademarks are owned by Daimler AG; DTS Master is not affiliated with them.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or harmful activity.
Prohibited: attempting to circumvent security systems, access controls, or copyright protection measures.
Prohibited: using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to bulk-download or scrape content.
Violations will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

DTS Master reserves the right to unilaterally ban any account that violates these Terms, effective immediately and without prior notice.
The following conduct will result in a temporary or permanent ban:
(1) Bulk downloading: using any technical means (scripts, bots, download tools) to mass-download platform content;
(2) Infringing distribution: uploading purchased PDFs, videos, or any platform content to cloud storage, forums, social media, Telegram groups, or sharing/selling it in any form;
(3) Multiple accounts: registering multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits, membership restrictions, or bans;
(4) Security bypass: attempting to circumvent the paywall, watermark system, access controls, or any security mechanism;
(5) False identity: registering with false information or impersonating another person;
(6) Fraudulent chargebacks: initiating fraudulent refund claims after downloading or accessing content;
(7) Illegal content: posting or distributing content that violates applicable law;
(8) Any other serious breach of these Terms.
A banned account will be unable to log in, access to purchased content will be suspended, and fees already paid will not be refunded.
Bans may be temporary (minor violations) or permanent (serious or repeated violations).
If you believe a ban was applied in error, contact support@dtsmaster.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
DTS Master is not liable for any losses arising from an account ban.

Content is for educational reference only. We are not liable for any damage resulting from vehicle repairs performed using our content.
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
[Language Notice] All tutorials, videos, and related materials on this platform are authoritative in Simplified Chinese. Traditional Chinese and English versions are machine-translated for reference only and may contain inaccuracies or imprecise expressions. In case of any discrepancy, the Simplified Chinese original shall prevail.
